Winter Gathering Dancing with peace and hope met Claire Lewis

Claire is directeur van de Biodanzaschool in Ierland en Schotland.

Lieve dansers,
Afgelopen april, toen we Rolando Toro’s 100ste verjaardag vierden, gaf Claire Lewis een dansdag in Breda. Dit was zo fijn dat we haar opnieuw hebben uitgenodigd en ze heeft JA gezegd! 
Claire heeft Rolando goed gekend en de laatste periode van zijn leven hebben ze nauw samen gewerkt. Claire is een heel energieke, warme vrouw, die Biodanza dicht bij de wortel kent. Ze komt tussen kerst en nieuwjaar een weekend geven in Breda. Je bent van harte uitgenodigd!

Winter Gathering Dancing with Peace and Hope  
Deepening & Healing, celebrating the warmth of community
Transcendence is one of the lines of ‘vivencia’ in the Biodanza technique of holistic integration through movement, music and dance – physically, emotionally and mindfully.

The lines of vivencia (the lived/present moment) instinctual origins that are developed through regular practise of Biodanza, to express our innate genes of life that are dormant potentialities waiting to be put into action and lived.

Transcendence is the experience of harmony within us and with the world around us. The practise of dances and movements of transcendence  in Biodanza creates deep feelings of peace and wellbeing. It is a natural state in which healing occurs on a physical level and in which we fully experience life in the present moment, not stuck
in the past or attached to the future.

Winter Gathering: when we embrace the inner stillness and surrender of winter, to share in the warmth of being with other’s we keep our inner light alive & strong until the fullness of the sun’s return. The light through the dark gives us resilience & companionship that over comes the isolation we can sometimes feel at this time of
year. Dancing with the light together, enables us to embrace the winter days and nights and find a warmth for the inner journey of connection.
 
Praktische informatie

Zaterdag 28 en zondag 29 december beide dagen van 10.30 tot 17.30 uur
Locatie: de prachtige zaal van de Pekhoeve te Breda/ Ulvenhout
Kosten voor het weekend: 165,- cash bij aanvang.
We brengen voor de lunch beide dagen een gerecht mee om samen te delen. 
Groepsgrootte: maximaal 45 deelnemers
